The project examined innovation as a means of enhancing the business performance of Small and Medium-sized Tourism Enterprises (SMTEs). Specifically, the project gathered evidence to identify the key drivers and motivations for innovative behaviour in SMTEs in the tourist park sector. This study included firms from Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
